Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

Prepress software and services that help your work flow

Introduction

This document describes what you can expect in terms of fulfilment and refund policy for any goods purchased on-line using our Stripe payment facility.

It doesn’t apply to sales invoiced through our usual B2B channels to which our standard terms of business apply, copies of which are available from your sales contact.

Fulfilment

  1. Delivery of serial numbers, software installers and product activations will be made to the email address provided when you placed your order through Stripe’s payment pages, normally within 24 hours of successful payment being made, during UK office hours, Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
  2. If there are any delays due to stock levels, queries on your order, fraud checks on your payment or for any other legitimate reason we will contact you to explain what’s happening, the next steps we will take, and any options you may have within 24 hours of successful payment being made, during UK office hours, Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time up until the electronic product has been delivered by email, or in the case of physical goods until the shipment has been booked with our carrier, for a full refund. To do so please contact support@aldridgesolutions.co.uk.

Returns

You may for any reason, within 14 days of purchase decide to return a product you have purchased from us in accordance with the terms below. In the case of electronically delivered products this will be a full refund. In the case of physical products this will be a refund less the cost of shipping the product to you and you will be responsible for paying to return the unwanted product to us.

In order to qualify for a refund on electronic goods, if the license has already been activated, we will need to be allowed a remote support session on the computer on which you have installed the product so that we can deactivate and remove the software from your system. As soon as that is done your serial number will be invalidated and a full refund will be provided.

For physical goods we will require the item(s) to be returned to us at your expense, as soon as they have been received, inspected and confirmed to be complete and in new condition a refund less the shipping costs originally incurred in delivering the product to you will be provided.
